The Teachers’ Superannuation Commission may enter into reciprocal pension transfer agreements with other teacher employer groups and with public sector employer groups. The Saskatchewan Teachers’ Superannuation Commission has agreements with all the Provincial Teacher Plans as well as:
- Public Employees’ Pension Plan
- Municipal Employees Pension Plan
- University of Saskatchewan
- Board of Trustees of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Canada
NOTE: Monies transferred under a reciprocal agreement may be insufficient to purchase equivalent service in the receiving province. In Saskatchewan the remainder of the service may be purchased or will otherwise count as qualifying service.
NOTE: If a refund has been received from another Pension Plan, contact that plan for refund repayment procedures for the purpose of transferring.

Time restrictions apply to several of these agreements:
